Welcome To Principal Craft!
As elementary school principals we tend to work in isolation. We solve complex problems, lead schools, and build relationships with minimal opportunities to reflect on our practice and even less time to collaborate with other school administrators. The tremendous work load and professional isolation leaves principals struggling to maintain a balance in their work and personal life.
I aim to provide useful advice and practical tools of the trade to help prevent principal burnout.
If you have ever found yourself with too many things on your to do list and not enough time, or struggling to work through a situation at school, this is the place for you. You’ll get plenty of practical ideas and opportunities to reflect and, best of all, you’ll get the support you need.
Connect with other elementary principals, share your thoughts and grab the resources you need.
